More than 200 tons of humanitarian cargo were delivered to the occupied part of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts

Therefore, on May 5th and 6th, 2021, fifteen trucks with humanitarian cargo have been delivered to the Russian-occupied part of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts of Ukraine with a total weight of 221,126 tons.

Six trucks with humanitarian cargo with a total weight of 114,53 tons were transferred from all member states of the Geneva Conventions that contribute to the global budget of the International Committee of the Red Cross.

"We would like to thank for the cooperation between the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporary Occupied Territories of Ukraine. In accordance with Article 1 of the Order of the Ministry No. 51 dated from July 17th, 2020, the ICRC informs on intentions to transfer humanitarian cargo to the territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblast NGCA," reads the letter from ICRC to the Ministry for Reintegration of TOT.

Another nine trucks with humanitarian cargo with a total weight of 106,596 tons were transferred from the United Nations. 

All 15 trucks from ICRC and UN transported building materials through EECP Novotroitske.
